Current tenants include: The Boulevard Business Improvement Association; the popular Bookman; a cabinet shop; several upholsters; a fur

niture refinisher, a mid century modern furniture reseller; and a host of others. The buildings current owners intent is to provide an affordable and flexible range of spaces to house small businesses and creative persons. This 5 story builidng is comprised of approximately 4,500 per floor. Currently the 4th floor is ready for occupancy
