Homebird Upholstery was started in 2011 by Jenna Carlson. Originally from Nebraska, this country bumpkin has always had a creative soul, a keen eye for color, and a DIY work ethic. Before moving out west in the midst of 2009, Jenna worked as an on-air television host for Midwest FOX Affiliate, FOX 4&17 while completing her Bachelor Degrees in Musical Theatre and Music Business from the University

of Nebraska at Kearney. Now with her boyfriend and their three dogs, Jenna calls Southern California home. Homebird Upholstery’s goal is simple: transform your furniture. It doesn’t matter if it’s a family heirloom or just a one-of-a-kind piece you found at a second-hand store. Jenna wants to convert your something old into something that recognizes you and the space you call home.
