Upgraded our puppy’s kennel! Tucker wasn’t going to make it through the deployment in that smaller kennel anymore. Same colors, same style, but bigger.

Old kennel measured at 35” long, 23” wide, 27 tall. New is 42.5” long, 27” wide, and 30.5 tall.

It’s great to see him all stretched out! I can build these to pretty much any size now too. Let me know what I can add to this list to build for you when I get back.

Good evening everyone!

I’ve gotten a few request for new builds this past week and figured I’d make a post to let everyone know where I’m at in life currently.

I’m slotted to deploy soon. At this point I’m working on getting everything ready at home for my absence as well as spending quality time with the family. So unfortunately at this time I won’t be taking on any new projects.

I am however keeping track of who would like something when I get back and will work on those during R&R time when I return. Currently I have 4 concealment shelves to make and I’ll work down the list in order to deliver.

Thanks for supporting what I do and understanding my situation. I’m already looking forward to getting home and getting back to the things I love. 🇺🇸

Evening everyone! It’s been a while... and here’s why. Active duty orders ended, went back to training at my civilian job, obtained my PMP certification, started college again to finish a math degree (one class left), and now I’m waiting to deploy.

Now with the combination of one easy final course and quarantine, I’ve been able to get back to doing some woodworking.

So I’m back, but temporarily. After deployment, I’ll be back at it again and hopefully add some awesome tools to the shop and expand what I do. 🤞🏼

Another unique build in the books! One of our friends reached out and asked me if I would build their altar for them!! Hesitant at first, I gladly accepted the opportunity.

It’s a really big deal to make something that will be in someone’s wedding pictures for the rest of their lives!! It ended up being just over 7 feet tall and stained dark walnut. It was nice and sturdy too! Even took a tumble out of the back of the truck right before the wedding.

The ceremony was beautiful. The bride and the groom looked great standing up there saying their vows. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs Couch!!

Here’s one of those cool custom things I had requested from me. A vanity light box! This is my first project with any kind of electricity in it.

Made it clean, simple, easy to hang, and easy to work. Checked off all the boxes for the customer!

Another concealment flag went to it’s forever home this week!

This time I went all black for the interior, mitered corners, and hardwood spline joints for a unique and beautiful finish! Absolutely no nails or screws used for the outer frame, but just as strong as if they had been used.
