One overlooked detail led to costly rework and nearly two weeks of project delays.
In new home construction, every detail matters.
For this project, our team designed and installed the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and backsplashes. Everything went smoothly and according to plan—until the final stage.
The builder’s plumber (not part of our installation team) drilled into the quartz backsplash without verifying the vessel sink’s height and faucet placement. The incorrect positioning prevented the sink from being installed properly.
As a result, the quartz backsplash had to be remade, and the completed cabinetry had to be removed and reinstalled, delaying the project by nearly two weeks.
True professionalism goes beyond beautiful design. It requires attention to detail, precise planning, and clear coordination between trades.
