Some Monday morning reflection after a weekend of warmth and goodness.

Spring has sprung for sure in my neck of the woods, and in true fashion of the Southern seasons, it’s going to be cold and rainy later this week. We’ll be praying for the peach buds, bringing in hanging ferns and covering up azaleas… I mentioned all this previously, and it’s the dance we dance every season. At least some of the pollen will be washed away! I look to the pecans - once they’ve opened, it’s safe to plant! They’re my bellwether. 🌳🌳

As we plan our spring gardens, our tidying and rearranging and schemes for a fresh “moment” inside or in the garden, keep our spring event in The Courtyard in mind!

Also, as we prepare, plant and finish up The Courtyard, I’m reminded of this favorite vignette at the end of long hall at our client’s farm. Like springtime after a long winter, there’s freshness ahead. We love to keep the arrangements classic and charming - appointed for the seasons with just the switch of a bouquet or plant!
