Every home has a story, and this one was especially unique. After the storm, the property underwent a thoughtful renovation, but we faced a challenge: there weren’t many post-storm comparable sales to guide pricing. That meant we had to test the market, adapt our strategy, and learn along the way.
This home’s journey to the closing table was a true testament to strategy, patience, and teamwork.
When the first push didn’t bring the right results, we stepped back, reframed the price, and strategically staged the home. Sometimes a seller’s personal taste doesn’t always align with buyer expectations, and professional staging provided a clean, neutral canvas that truly allowed buyers to see the home’s potential.
The result? We generated two offers…though the first contract fell through, the backup came together seamlessly, allowing our sellers to net more profit in the end. 🙌
