Today is a particularly somber and emotionally exhausting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

As our community grapples with the shock of Renee Good's death and the extraordinary events occurring daily in our communities, we are confronted with the fact that nonviolent activism is the only way to bring about any type of justice and lasting change. This is particularly true when operating in a system where people's constitutional, civil and human rights are not protected or respected. We know that everyday people are sacrificing their work, time with their families and health to care for their neighbors.

In solidarity with the families and friends who have supported our business so much through the years, we will be closed on 1/23/2026.
