We are looking to hire a full time office manager for our cabinet shop to take over all of our books and run our office. I need a very detailed and organized person, with atleast a few years of experience in Quickbooks or another accounting platform. Duties include: invoicing, billing, data entry, analyzing reports, payroll, picking up checks, creating forms, typing bids, cleaning & maintaining our showroom etc. Must have experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
