Are you still waiting on your CA State Refund? Head on over to the Franchise Tax Board's website to check the status.
If you have questions regarding your refund, you will need to Call the Franchise Tax Board.
Your preparer does NOT have any information regarding your refund and why it has not been released.
Once your Tax Preparer submits your tax return, the only thing they should be doing from that point is providing you with a copy of your return.
