Wallpaper Wednesday!!!
Here at Kim Kendall Interiors we have always loved Wallpaper. It provides pattern and/or textural interest that you just cannot get with paint.

For this amazing home we added so much pattern and texture with wallpaper. We have so more to say about this home and all of the wallpaper, but for now just enjoy!

Redbuds are my all time favorite trees. These Redbuds in our backyard are in full bloom. I love how the flowers bloom right on the bark. Scroll right to see this magnificent wonder of nature. If you look closely you can see@the leaves forming on some of the buds. The leaves are beautiful too! They are heart shaped with a greenish red color.

We traveled down 81 to North Carolina last weekend and they were blooming up and down the highway the whole way.

So anyone that knows my husband knows that he is not necessarily super handy, but he did install this copper rain chain yesterday just in time for the rain this morning. I think he did a great job! I love the way the water sounds - it is so peaceful and the copper looks beautiful!

WOW! It’s the ultimate compliment when your client’s eldest daughter tells you that this space is “GOALS” 🤣
From the marble top dining table to the textured lavender grasscloth wallpaper, this dining room radiates elegance. We are almost finished with this project and will be wrapping it up by adding some paint to the ceiling. Professional photos coming soon!

✨Mood Board Monday✨…we like the sound of that 😏

In addition to the vintage inspired emerald master bathroom, KKI is also helping our client transform their two teenage son’s bathroom. This project is a challenge due to the narrow structure of the space. We decided to keep the footprint the same but, will be removing the shower walls and adding glass in order to open up the area. Lastly, since we love the original style of the vanity, we will just be adding some paint and hardware to tie it in with the rest of the bathroom.

The charcoal gray and wood tones add a masculine touch while the brass and black elements help to ground the space with a classic feel. It was important to us that we created a design that the boys would love but, would also withstand the test of time. Check out the mood board to see how this one is coming together!

Our clients are looking to create a moody retro vintage vibe in their new bathroom. Take a look at our mood board to see our plan to give their space the transformation it needs. Our clients are elated and love it all!

We decided to completely switch things up by swapping the vanity and shower to allow for more functionality and space- swipe to see the new layout.

Planning and timing are key with these types of big renovations. Prior to starting a demolition such as this one, KKI always ensures that all products have been ordered and delivered so that a seamless transformation is presented.

We are super excited to get started on this one! Everything has been selected and ordered…stay tuned.
