"Our old neighbors recommended Bassett after a lot of us lost our homes to fires. The only Basset weve had was a dining set given to us from family and was in considerably good condition knowing its age and the kids in that house. They did tell us about the overwhelming options for everything if we were to go in but Katy was very patient and and all the women working were very nice. "Positive experience. Was assisted without pressure. I had Anna Otto, design consultant, come to my house to measure and provide guidance as to the size, color and placement of the furniture.
Went back to the store later and she helped me decide fabrics and choices for a sofa and chairs.
Thank you for the great experience. It's not easy to make decisions for such a major purchase.
