"Inlet Rose" beach house is located in Inlet Beach, FL, a small neighborhood beach community located at the east intersection of Hwy. 98 and county Hwy. 30A in Walton county, FL. The Inlet Beach community is bordered by Carillon Beach on the east and Rosemary Beach on the west, about 8 miles east of Seaside and 20 miles west of Panama City, FL. Good views of Gulf can be seen from both floors. The
house is ~2400 sq. ft, with central heating and cooling, hardwood floors, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, disposal, microwave, TV, VCR, and charcoal grill. House is pier foundation (raised) with parking space for 3 vehicles under house. The main level on 2nd floor has big kitchen (~12'x12'), large LR, DR, BR with one queen size bed, full bath, and utility room. 3rd level has full bath and 2 large BR (one has queen bed the other has 2 full beds). Outside shower and bath are on ground level. 2nd level has wrap around, covered deck (all Gulf view), 3rd level has covered deck off BR with Gulf view (total @ 1300 sq. ft outside covered deck. Lots of large windows, great views in every room. All bed linens and towels are furnished but you need to bring your own beach towels. Inlet Beach has miles of the most beautiful beaches in the USA (World?), sugar white sand, lots of picturesque dunes. Close to Seagrove, Seaside, Rosemary, Carillon, Grayton, Santa Rosa, Sunnyside, Panama City Beach(s), etc. You have lots of uncrowded beach, very quiet and relaxing. Restaurants are 5-30 minute drive, grocery is 5 minutes away. Golf, tennis, boating, all types of fishing, typical Florida tourist/attraction stuff, etc. all available. This is a very private, quiet, family neighborhood and all renters are required to respect others owners/rentals peace and quiet.
