Closer look at the Evan's house pond in the front yard. The waterfalls on each side cannot be seen. The house was built by an Irishman named Peetz. He did all the rock walls and water features and landscape. It was nearly all destroyed when I bought the house and its amazing gardens. It was in Sunset or Home and Garden magazine in the 60's (so I was told.)
