Rosamond Small Engine Repair

Diagnosed, Repaired, and Changed the oil on this Honda Generator/Inverter (EU 2000i) for a fellow entrepreneur in Rosamond, CA.

Initial Findings & Assessment:
-Will not start and run but there is Spark
*Possible clogged Carburetor
*Low Compression

Repaired Conclusion:
- Air Pockets in Fuel Lines

Actions Taken:
-Checked Air Filter (Good)
-Checked Spark Plug (Good)
-Checked oil level (Good)
-Checked and Assessed Fuel Condition (Good)
-Sprayed starting Fluid in Combustion Chamber, after removing and checking Spark Plug Gap, Pulled Crank and Unit Started
*let it ran for 5 minutes, let it cooled for 10 minutes, started again and ran for 5 minutes with a load (plug my vaccum to test for current)
-Drained and refilled engine oil

Fixed in Under 30 minutes!!

Fixed it for a friend just to be proficient and advertise my skills.
Through experience and knowledge, I was able to accurately diagnose the problem in 2 minutes. Just as I suspected, carburetor just needed a little cleaning. Repaired in 30 minutes, Tested it for an hour to ensure it is working properly, and ready to be picked up within 2 hours.
