Fortunately for us, many of our competitors can not achieve this goal. Too often, due to exce
ssive overhead, their service becomes bureaucratic and impersonal, quality control is diminished, and prices are overinflated. My wife and I are passionate about our business and want to establish positive relationships with our customers based on hard work and trust. It is our goal, not only to get you the furniture you desire, but to do so in a manner which reflects our principles of personal integrity, honesty, hard work, and reliability. We are people you can trust. Our store also has virtually no overhead which allows us to have very reasonable prices. We are teachers and, therefore, do not depend on our store income to survive. Some of our furniture comes directly from the manufacturer's factory which eliminates the "middle man." We do no paid advertising because we know the huge costs charged by print media, radio and TV would be passed on to our customers, and that just doesn’t seem right. We know that a smart consumer will not be swayed by expensive flashy ads. Oh, the ads are very persuasive, but the cost that gets passed on has nothing to do with the value the customer gets. It’s just a hidden cost for which customers must pay. So, we turned to the internet. This website is the result of that decision. Lastly, we are very strict with our quality control. Every item is inspected thoroughly before it leaves our store.
