Axeamps LLC Axeamps is a small tube amplifier company based in South Central Virginia. Featuring handmade guitar, bass and P.A. Amplifiers, as well as custom wiring.

Featuring handmade products which include Altos, Axeman Guitars, and a plethora of guitar, bass and P.A. amplifiers and speaker cabinets. Custom pickups and wiring are also available. I run a one man shop which ensures attention to detail, custom capabilities and full spectrum sound. I like to use push-pull pots to allow multi-functions per knob and gain stage. I bench out each amp using my own gu

itars to optimize the volume, tone and coloration. I also design for many more sound options per guitar and/or amplifier. Many options are my own unique circuit designs. "Loose Ends"- I needed a Test Bed for voltage/current tests on power transformers, so they bolt on, wires screw on. The power tubes are in their own unit with wires color coded. I'll rework this into a better package during the cold months when I'm indoors more. The white board is from a traffic light controller in Roanoke, and needs a better layout.

All k**bs are push-pull. Red k**b pulls on the onboard preamp; twists for volume out with preamp on. Mini toggle switch gives Normal, Treble, and Full Boost. Battery is only on when preamp is on. Top 2 k**bs are volume, and give "sweet/clean" (pickup's coils in parallel- hum cancelling) or humbucking (coils in series). 3rd k**b is tone; pushed in puts pickups in parallel. Pulled out gives series. No position switch. Lots of different tones and responses in this bird- a great demo unit

This all tube home stereo has 15 watts per channel and customer's format and controls. It will not live in climate control, so it needed the custom cover for when not in use.
