We added on to an already existing huge deck which now the homeowners have a 40 x 16 deck that goes from one end of the house to the other a lot of outdoor sitting an cooking area to enjoy the outside air
They now have plenty of options for any outdoor furniture you can imagine
We laced the decking so when it dries out it can be stained an will match the existing deck perfectly

Installed 3000sq ft of LVP flooring in a beauty salon this week they still have a little bit more to do before they open the 2nd week of July but we got the flooring knocked out for them in a timely fashion turned out great will be going back to run the baseboards so I will post pictures of that an maybe all the stuff will be cleared out by then

Only the exterior walls an the roof framing will be all that’s left of the original house
We will be doing completely new interior An the exterior will be completely redone as well

Out with the carpet and in with the new Smartcore floors. They are durable for pets and children. Big plus, they look fantastic! The carpet got snatched out rather quickly so that prep could get started. The floors in this home had been vacuumed daily and were steam cleaned regularly. As you can tell there is nothing that you can do for the allergens that lay beneath. A beautiful addition to the staircase as well.
