I would like to take a minute to introduce myself, my name is Misty Hunter. I am a full-time college student, mother, and caregiver to
my family. I am always there to offer a reliable, flexible, and helping hand to anyone in need. I am eager
to start my own company and work to build a better future for my daughter. While you might wonder what LJD's house cleani
ng company will have to offer you and everyone
else in our community. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has taken its toll on families all over. With the holidays
right around the corner, everyone is wanting their homes, apartments, and businesses to be the cleanest
it can be when celebrating the holidays! I am here to offer a helping hand when getting you holiday
ready! My specialties range from deep cleaning, detailing, disinfecting, and organizing to accommodate
all your home needs. ALL FREE ESTIMATES ARE DONE IN-HOME!! To schedule and/or reschedule bookings you can email, text, phone call, or even use Facebook
messenger. To do so, simply just request a date and time that works best for you, and ill check the
schedule and get back as soon as possible. Also, make sure to schedule your recurring cleanings
(weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and leave one less worry to me!! After scheduling a service, once I arrive at your home I will be on time and ready to get things
done, exactly when and how you need it. I will be there to help return your bedrooms, bathrooms,
kitchen, living room, and much more to the like-new condition that you want and expect it to be! No
matter the type of cleaning whether it be home cleaning, apartment cleaning, move-in/move-out, or
business cleaning. I can assure you I will do my absolute best to get you a reasonably-priced cleaning
while still having the confidence that your cleaning will be thorough and professional. BASIC CLEANING INCLUDES:
Bedroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen, and Common Areas. Sweeping, Vacuuming, and Mopping
Dust all accessible areas (low and high)
Wiping down surfaces
Emptying trash
Showers and Tubs
Disinfecting toilets
Glass doors
DEEP CLEANING INCLUDES:
All Basic Cleanings
Base Boards
Door Frames
Handles
Grout (Showers, Tile, etc.) Light Fixtures

Ceiling fans
Cabinet doors
Everything will be dusted from top to bottom. On all cleanings, the garbage and/or recycling will be taken to the proper place on the residence. With everything being said, Does your home need an EXTRA deep clean with EXTRA SPECIAL
attention?? You can always feel free to add extras to your booking such as things like laundry, inside the
cabinets, inside the stoves, inside microwaves, and more. Price will vary depending on the degree of
each. Extras:
Laundry (Wash, Dry, and Fold)
Dishes
Washing inside/Outside garbage can
**Things not listed above may be talked over to decide which category it would fall under (basic,
deep, or extra)**

If there is a certain way you would like an item cleaned, clothing washed or separated,
dishwasher loaded, etc. please specify on the first visit.
