Staach stands up for good in our community. It couldn’t be more clear that the focus right now must be placed on the fight for Black Liberation.

We have donated locally to Black Lives Matter Rochester to help amplify the voices of those who are too often silenced. We also hold a small satellite office in Brooklyn, where communities of color have been hit exceptionally hard by COVID-19. We have donated to Bed-Stuy Strong, who provide groceries and supplies to those in need.

We are also providing our employees with additional PTO so that they may have an opportunity to advocate for justice and positive change.

We understand this fight will not end here, but we will continue to use our business to stand up against oppressors, and to do what is right.

Hey Facebook, Staach needs your help! Like many other businesses, we’re working remotely for a bit — which, like you, means our shop is closed, but we have in-demand personal protective equipment (PPE) that’s not being used.

We want to do everything we can to get these much-needed masks and supplies to the incredible medical teams caring for our community — and we’re looking for other local manufacturers who want to do the same.

We’re volunteering our loading dock and shipping department to coordinate donations of new, unopened N95 Face masks, Nitrile gloves, Face Shields, Goggles, and Disinfectant Wipes.

We are thrilled to introduce Rochester's very first Parklet, located outside Joe Bean Coffee Roasters on University Ave. We offer our gratitude to our friends and collaborators on this project - Kathy Turiano, Benjamin Woelk, and of course, the City of Rochester, NY - Mayor's Office. Big thanks to CCH Lawn & Landscape and Carter Burwell for their contributions to the landscaping.

The parklet idea began in San Francisco and has spread across the country and internationally.
