Whoa! A fourth harvest from these Chef Jeff's Garden Scotch Bonnet plants from Green Acre Farm & Nursery - with one more to go - even after frosts!! 🦸🌿
I plan on making Scotch Bonnet hot sauce, dried and ground for recipes and Jam! I'll post the results... 😉

National Bisque Day was the 19th, so I made some with po' mans (imitation) crab! My Vitamix Blender from Cooks' World made processing the Mirepoix super easy. I added the celery, carrots and garlic from Sunscape Farms, onion from our Sunscape Farms CSA ½ Share, tomato paste and some of the broth and it was silky smooth in seconds! 😉
