My little Lincoln welder died about a week and a half ago, ordered a new one from Tri-State Machine, LLC, its a blue Miller and holy cow there is no comparison!

Only problem is it dont fit on my cart completely (fairly easy fix) and I wont have my stickers lol

Sometimes when you are mid-work on a big project you need to take a day or two and think about something else. So here is my "mental break".

My spool work good for several years, but this should last even longer. All steel except the table top, its 2 layers of treated plywood. Wanted a wooden top to keep from possibly marring any finish. As you can see 2 individual swinging and swiveling chairs, plenty big for a lead sled and spotting scope for those of us with less than stellar eyes anymore. And, if you are going to build it it may as well be level, both ways, or at least "in the bubble" hah.

Not a lot in a blacksmith/welding/repair/farrier shop that a lot of heat and a BFH wont fix. Welded the inside ear back on for the tilt cylinder on this skid steer. Apparently when it broke, it bent the outside ear. Its all straight now and the pin slides freely

Did a little turning on the old craftsman lathe over the past couple weeks in my "spare" time. Did punch the eye for the handle.

Hammer head turn out right at 1¾ lbs (my favorite) overall hammer is 1lb14oz.

This is the 2nd handle already, its maple and the first one had a growth ring or something right threw the eye, I should have turned it around. It broke pretty quick. This one has shaped a couple shoes already and still in one piece!
