Finished this today!! It’s been a while since I painted anything. It is such a beautiful very old piece brought back to life. Perfect set for a princess!!! Top of the dresser is solid wood, no veneer on this set! Headboard/Footboard for twin size bed. Finished in walnut stain and Dixie Belle paint color - sand.

This very old little dresser is done!! I found a date on the mirror…1927! Still in great shape for almost 100 years old. Painted with Dixie Belle Evergreen, and detailed with black wax and gilding gold. The top is two different colors of stains to get a deep red brown/black. This was a fun piece to work on.
