My latest build for a repeat client. This table top measures 73” x 36” and is live edge on both sides.

This is solid maple. The top features ambrosia, spalting, curly figure and even some Birds Eye from what it seems. I added in some functional walnut bow ties as well.

I had fun with this one, but also learned some lessons. Additionally, I had to redo the finish on the top about 6 times to get it right.

My wife asked for a new coffee table. This should do. A bit of design from her and a bit of design from me. The top is walnut. The base is spalted sycamore that has all kinds of color. The base is one continuous piece wrapped around it. We finished this with Osmo top oil natural matte.

The last gift of the year we created was dropped off today. I got to break it in too! Hexagon poker table with Walnut top finished with Osmo. I built it on an old oak pedestal base. 1/4” foam under the felt. I should have built one for me too.

My nephew was in town this past weekend. He is into coin collecting. I’ve made challenge coin holders and sell them in our booth, so he and I whipped up this spalted maple coin holder for him to take home. It took us about 20 minutes to create. He sent this photo to me tonight and says he loves it!
