What an amazing thank you! We value our customers and their business.
Just wanted to give you a follow-up on our countertops. Your installers were here today and got everything installed. They were super respectful, highly knowledgeable, and true craftsman. They went above and beyond to make everything right before the job was completed. Nothing but fantastic things to say about those guys.
It should also be noted that you folks scheduled a measurement appointment and you showed up on time. You got the information that you needed and headed to your next adventure. Later we got a description of what you were gonna do, the price, and a time line. We agreed and moved the process along. A few weeks later (around the time that you said) you contacted me to schedule an install appointment. When the install date arrived, your folks showed up, installed what you said they were gonna install, and charged us what you said they were gonna charge us. I know that probably sounds simple, but rest assured, you're company is doing things that 99% of companies out there are not. It's obvious that integrity matters and you're off the scale.
With that said, you folks have went above and beyond for us, so we're willing to go above and beyond for you. Obviously you've already got us to spread the word to friends and family, but what else can we do for you? We're willing to buy everyone lunch some day, arrange for ice cream to magically appear, or we'll personally load up a couple coolers of beer and show up on a Friday near quiting time. You call it and we'll make it happen.
We appreciate everything you've already done and look forward to how we can further show our gratitude.
