Safely deliver properly audited and loaded cabinet packages and other items in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal driving (FMCSA/DOT) laws, rules and regulations. Drivers/Helpers must also comply with all applicable OSHA/WISHA safety regulations with regard to assigned duties.

Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):

Comply with all Company, OSHA, DOT and WISHA safety standards.
Fully comply with FCMSA/DOT rules and regulations.
Prepares shipments and examines outgoing shipments
Audit materials to ensure load accuracy.
Fully load and unload company fleet each day in a safe, efficient manner.
Carry individual cabinets by hand from location-to-location
Maintain a clean driving record throughout employment
Perform other assigned positions per company needs when not driving
Clean loading area before / after loading vehicle. Maintain all shipping equipment
General customer service attitude throughout interaction with customers, i.e. friendly service, problem resolution, etc.
Ability to work side-by-side with other trades effectively
Qualifications

Current medical examiner’s certificate
Clean driving record
Able to pass pre-employment, random and post-accident drug screenings subject to DOT regulations
Ability to operate forklifts and other shipping equipment.
Ability to understand delivery paperwork.
Must have good communication and organizational skills.

Pacific Crest Building Supply, Inc. is looking for Cabinetry Repair and Installation Technicians in the WIlsonville/Tigard/Hillsboro area with experience in architectural woodworking, finishing, painting, furniture making/repair, and/or cabinetry repair.

Position Summary:
Cabinetry and architectural woodwork in new construction homes: base shoe, trim, minor cabinetry install, hardware, etc. as well as essential finish work following installation, trouble shooting and problem solving.

Work will include but is not limited to:
• Repair and touch-up of cabinetry
• Adjustment of doors, drawer fronts, and doors
• Installation and adjustment of cabinet hardware -- pulls and k***s, complex pantry pull outs, accessories, etc.
• Full installation of small cabinet jobs as needed
• Installation of moldings -- crown, base shoe, scribe, etc.
• Sink cutouts
• Vent box installation

Position Requirements:

• Good driving record. Must be insurable under Company policy.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Comply with ALL safety rules and regulations, Company and Customer policies
• Have own reliable transportation, with the ability to transport tools necessary, daily
• Must be 18+ years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds regularly, move arms above head, walk on unstable ground
• Must be physically fit to work in a new residential construction site
• Have tools or knowledge and experience safely using power and hand tools (Can provide full set of tools, if needed)
• Must be dependable, punctual and possess the ability to get along well with other trades, supervisor and customers
