There is nothing like adding 1100 sq to your home in 3 months. Thanks to my awesome crew James Kyle Williams . Also Cory Harder and his guy Brandon Kim for their help on this project. It is done. Sorry no interior pictures at the moment. Will repost after the clean up and paper is off the wood floors. Scott Fetty

This has been a great job to do. A reference from a previous coustomer opened to door to new friends here in Richmond. The County of Henrico held up the progress a bit. But, start to finish it took us 32 days to get them in their new space. 9 weeks to get permits to get ready to start in the beginning. Typical county,Va rules. We enjoyed every moment with wonderful homeowners.

I always enjoy working with one of my favorite customers,on their tree house back yard. I just never know what they will ask us to build next. No matter the challenge, Fetty Homes always ends up producing something beautiful. We have to surprise the coustomers every time. I hope you guys enjoy this one. Please share with your friends.

Happy to change this kitchen/den from 70's to 2024 for one of my favorite customers. Spraying the old stained cabinets Black with new hardware. Batten board chair railing throughout. New wood ceilings and 4 1/2 cove crown. Craftsman trim on the doors and windows. 9 days,in and out. We are on to the 400 ft privacy out back. Will be back soon with more pictures.
