For those of you who have wondered why we haven't been running onsite estate sales lately, I thought I would write a post. After months of bringing in nothing from sales and failed applications for small business assistance, we decided to run an online auction to make some space in the warehouse. The sales were triple what we expected, so we ran a few more, and when the leads started coming back in, the homeowners were open to running auctions for their pieces. Since then, we've been exclusively online, running auctions as Sales By Bales. We're still open to holding onsite sales, but at the moment, business is booming! My next step is to get a logo for Sales By Bales, so if you'd like to help, feel free to send me a private message.
