The Lord taketh then he giveth.
Lost one at my out yard near the chestnuts. You can see my friends beautiful trees at Rock County Chestnuts and how they are in bloom. Then Checked Mr John's out yard which are growing and took one of the lost boxes. Then I catch a swarm near my baby bees at my barns. A few weeks will tell if my numbers hold. Probably time for late splits and hope the girls cap what honey is in the boxes.

Back off vacation. Something messed with a bee box. Fence is hot ⚡️ and camera is up. I believe it was a skunk. 🦨. No damage and I somehow left the fence off while I was on vacation. Tipped one over that was low to ground and the one next to it had its reducer screwed with.

Some are making the honey 🍯 and some are acting allergic to queen excluders. The babies hives are drawing wax by majority but just need some rain.
