Ever since I worked as a barista in my early 20's, I secretly dreamed of owning my own coffee business. Moving to Red Cloud in 2015 gave me the opportunity to pursue this dream. Earlier this year, I completed SCAA barista certification, and the other pieces of starting a mobile coffee service fel

l into place. I am starting small with batch brew, pour overs, and cold brew so I can bring local coffee lovers high-quality drinks. Future plans include a custom-built coffee cart and an espresso machine. I proudly serve Hardy coffee roasted in Omaha because, well, it's awesome, and it is important for me to partner with other Nebraska entrepreneurs. I can't wait to make you a fantastic cup of coffee!
