7' Dining room table 40" wide. Cedar root ball for the base. Started by lightly sanding and leveling the root. Applied 1 gallon of satin polyurethane and inserted 1" id steel pipe, glued in with strong epoxy glue. Welded the upper frame with 2" x 1/4" steel. The top starts with two 10' long cedar slabs. Leveled and sanded. 8 gallons of deep.pour epoxy resin, tinted with a turqoise pigment. Sanded in stages from 50 grit to 220 grit. 3 coats of satin polyurethane finish the table.
