“VIP game-day service at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena 🏈🌧️
January 1st is always special in Pasadena—the home of the annual Rose Parade—and this year it was even more exciting with the College Football game happening the very same day. Despite heavy rain in the morning and the city buzzing with parade crowds, it was my pleasure to personally provide VIP transportation for a group of 10 college football fans who flew from Indiana to Los Angeles to watch Indiana vs. Alabama at the Rose Bowl.

By game time at 1:00 PM, the rain cleared just as forecasted. Ponchos ready and spirits high, the day turned out perfect. Dan even asked me to root for his home state—and luck was on our side as Indiana secured a dominant 38–3 victory over Alabama.

I am a Top-Tier Host with a perfect 5-star rating, and my listing was awarded Guest Favorite Gold & recognized as a Top 1 Home in the Philippines by Airbnb. I have always provided an exceptional experience for my guests.

However, a guest intentionally caused severe property damage to my unit, including broken furniture, countertops, walls, and doors. I submitted a claim with full evidence, including:
