Thank you to everyone who has sent donations and or came out yesterday to support our backpack and supplies drive. We are excited to announce that we have secured funding and supplies for just over 200 bags and we are not slowing down. With your support we WILL reach our goal of 500 backpack with supplies for our Durham youth. We don’t take your support for granted, so again we say thank you. Continue to donate via our website at www.BullCityBest.org and be on the lookout for our next live pop up event for supplies and donation collection. We will also be hosting a fish fry in the coming days to support our mission. We are Bull City B.E.S.T.

Sleep Tip Tuesday...

Experts advise replacing your mattress every 7 to 10 years. However, if you’re not sleeping well, swap your mattress in 5 to 10 years. Know that there is no one perfect mattress, only the one that works best for you. Be sure to spend enough time trying out products so that you know what feels great to you. Which brings us to our TIP of the day. Never let a sales person tell you what the best mattress for you is. Lean on them for educational purposes about the mattress makeup but ultimately you should listen to your body when making the decision. Be sure to spend at least 15 - 30 mins on the Mattress that you think feels best to you. Try to test it just as you would sleep at home. If at possible, find a pillow in store that is closest to your pillow at home and use it while trying. This will get you the best chance at selecting the perfect mattress for your personal preference.
