Termite job. Chased the termites to the second floor. Removed subfloor and left hardwoods intact. Glued subfloor back under hardwoods and framed underneath subfloor. Removed entire corner and still never had to go inside house to even patch sheetrock. Sometimes you get lucky. Economy Exterminators came in and treated house.
