This sofa was cute, and has provided many years of good sitting and napping, but is now transformed...

And after, finally! This was a pretty incredible transformation. Stripped to the frame, the springs were good. I saved and reused the Marshall unit in the cushion, and the down envelope, which was dry cleaned and got some new feathers and down. I redesigned the arms and inside back to better highlight the large motifs in the fabric. The third pic shows the cushion cover, made of the same fabric that has been washed and dried so that it can be machine washed in the future.

This is the Before of the sofa I finished last week. Still working on a custom pad in the new fabric that will provide extra kitty and pup protection.
