I've been working on a pair of large cherry bookcases this week. They are 7' tall x 6' wide and I found the easiest way to work on the top molding was to stand on my workbench.
The backs will be frame and panel construction (like a paneled door), which requires a lot lumber. Each panel is about 14" wide x 78" long. By the end of the day Friday I had finish on the cases and lumber for the panels glued up and stickered.

We just finished up this 8 foot long maple drop leaf table. It's only 18" wide with the leaves down but 41" wide with both leaves up. It's finished with Vermont Natural Coats polywhey non-yellowing finish, which leaves the maple as close to its natural unfinished color as possible.
