EuroProvidence - The Rhode Island European Social Network Most events will be free of charge, but we ask that you support the venue. Our mantra is "work to live, not live to work." Ciao!

EuroProvidence is a social network dedicated to gathering professionals over the age of 30 who are of European origin, or those who have lived or studied across the pond for more than six months who wish to get together and relive some of the culture and their memories. Events will include: Wine tastings, football (soccer) matches, cooking, foreign film screenings; or to celebrate a countries fête

. Venues will be at someone's home, a park or festival, or a private venue. Although we are called EuroProvidence, many events will be throughout Rhode Island. So join us with your baguette, vino, bier, queso, or ouzo, and let's live life in Rhode Island the European way.

Saturday May 31 we will get together for the UEFA Champions League Final being played in Munich. I am still searching for a good brewery that serves German food and will show the game. Feel free to make non biased suggestions everyone in the comments.

Join us this Sunday for two World Cup matches featuring three European teams and Canada. LineSider Brewing Company is opening up an hour early for the Canada/Croatia match at 11 a.m.
Chef Niko will have a breakfast poutine for who come to watch that match.

At 2 p.m. is the much anticipated Spain/Germany match which will feature a chorizo special for the Spaniards and a bratwurst special for the Germans. Wear your colors to support your team, we look forward to seeing you there..... Niko
