Not the most exciting photo, this is an example of 50 plus years of wear and tear on a dresser drawer slide. The bottom piece is the original pine part, totally worn out, the top is a new part made with oak and will last hopefully 100 years. Just in time for Christmas, a complete restoration of this antique desk and chair made by the Paris furniture company in Maine around 1910. This came to us broken and in pieces and it's like new now for another century!
