Savali Design Works will be closed until further updates. NEW SHOP space in the works. Projected relaunch again in late spring/early summer, where I intend to continue to build custom orders as requested, and original works for sale via direct purchase. Finally some personal touches in my home. Adding this character shelf makes all the difference when trying to fill wall space.

Forget me not Savali followers. I haven't given up the drive to create, build, and expand I've just been putting my efforts into building a home, piece by piece, stud by stud and other business ventures as well. I'll be back! Here's some new work in the meantime.

Progress on the custom ship-lap. Thanks again to my father for helping me along the way but my idea is coming to life. The basement door of this old house is a bit of an eye sore so the idea was to create a dummy door that appears to be the wall. We chose distressed carriage strap hinges and a hook latch to give it an exterior farm house feel. I may distress it a bit more and clear coat the cedar but whatcha' think?

Back at it. Under construction currently coming up with a custom cedar ship-lap wrap for a few interior walls inside my home. Thanks to my father for teaching me a few things along the way, we're almost there.

Apologize for the gap in updated work and projects. Exciting move to a new shop space and home this April where I intend to live and remodel a home built in 1900 located in downtown Lee's Summit along with building a new shop for myself@ Savali Design Works. New work to come, new look, new art, logo finalization, etc.

Worked with the customer to come up with a design and finish color pallet to match her and her home. This is the result. Another successful build for the portfolio.

Sofa table is a combination of my custom wash under Honey 272 stain used on the legs and support 4x4 post. To finish, the top is a sage green paint distressed along with my stain to achieve that custom aged look the customer wanted.

Coffee table is made from a trio of blues: Air Blue, Drip, and Echo Blue all over top of my custom wash. The top is made from cedar plank cut to specific widths of 2" and 5" for an alternating pattern all distressed back down to achieve the desired look.
