Dinner I smoked Monday it was redskin potatoes with onions and green onions and my seasoning and chicken legs and a pork roast with a dry rub and then sauce last 20/30 mins and the sauce had fruit punch moonshine, cherry moonshine, jack Daniels apple , cherry coke, honey and brown sugar and the wood I used was pecan pellets hickory and some black cherry it turned out great
