Hello friends,
It is true...TIMBER is for sale. We are NOT closed but we are looking for a buyer to take over. After so many years in the business, I have decided to move on to my next project with great joy! I have had an amazingly successful career! 45 Years!
In the meantime, I hope someone that has the passion to create a new and exciting venue will take my place here. The restaurant is fully loaded with everything a restaurateur needs and then some. The lease is assignable and has 8 years left at half $$$ what most places are currently paying in rent. We also have a backyard!
