At Perch we *love* a super custom sofa project! This sofa lives in a tiny home on wheels and it needed to check a lot of boxes to fit in the small space, so we made it to…

✅ Balance the back on a wheel well
✅ Installed custom height legs on the front
✅ Upholstered it in a kid- and dog-friendly fabric
✅ Adjusted the frame to crate a comfy seat depth but a small overall depth (so as not to encroach on the walkway)

The best way to prevent spills is to add a cup rest to your couch. Our friends craft these handy accessories out scraps of wood from their furniture projects! Each one is unique. We love partnering with The Joinery to upcycle beautiful pieces of wood into a useful object.

The wood covers slip right over your furniture’s arm and they are perfect for resting your coffee mug in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. They also make a smart resting spot for remote controls (no more searching for them between the cushions)! We have several different sizes of walnut cup rests available in our showroom and they will also be available for purchase online soon!

We didn’t have to make our Hawthorne sofa-chaise modular. We did it as an easy visual instead of an in-depth explanation. we’ve been simplifying sofa shopping since 2010. Stop by 11am-5pm any day of the week.
