The solid walnut top is finished with Rubio Monocoat to bring out all the natural grain and warmth while keeping a smooth, durable finish that still feels like real wood. Checking the prep one last time before the pour. This spalted maple slab has so much character, I knew I needed something heavy-duty to fill these voids.
