All Locations will resume normal operations on Thursday, January 29. Please report at your regular scheduled time.

Behold Home status update for Wednesday January 28 for each location:

Pontotoc Locations will be closed Wednesday January 28. We’re hearing from many of our team members that are still without power, water, and have impassable roads. Due to the concern for your safety, Pontotoc locations will be closed on Wednesday.

Smithville/Amory Locations will resume normal operations on Wednesday January 28. Please report at your regular scheduled time.

Behold Home (All Locations): We will be closed Tuesday January 27 due to power outages.

Smithville Location — we know power is on and roads are fine locally. This closure is not a reflection of Monroe County conditions. It’s driven by the ongoing outages affecting our supply chain and raw material flow out of Pontotoc County and Tippah County

Behold Home (All Locations): We will be closed Monday January 26 due to power outages and worsening road conditions. We’ll reassess tomorrow and send an update on Tuesday’s schedule. Stay safe.

Paper checks will be available to pick up today January 19th between 2:30-3:30

Pontotoc Employees: pick up at the guard shack at the employee entrance.

Smithville/Amory Employees: Pick up at our Amory location at 1105 Fifth Avenue South Amory,MS (behind Subway). Since banks are open in Amory, we felt this was the best location.

If you can wait until Monday to receive your check, please do so. If you need it today please be very careful as you travel.

All Behold Home locations will be closed again Friday, January 19, 2024.

We will return on Monday, January 22, 2024.

We were hopeful that conditions would improve enough to return on Friday, but that wasn’t the case. Road conditions have worsened throughout today and it’s not worth the risk. As always, your safety is our upmost concern in making this decision.

For those of you that receive paper checks, they are currently stuck in Memphis. We will provide an update once we receive updated tracking information from UPS.

Due to the hardship of not being able to work this week, we are going to award tenure bonuses early by distributing them next week.

We appreciate all of our valuable employees.
