August 04, 1969....the day I went to work @ my cousin Bill's cabinet shop, Wood Cove Kitchens, I was fortunate enough to learn my trade from some of the best Cabinetmaker’s that worked there. Through the years I’ve worked at & ran several other cabinet shops. In 1985 I decided to switch over to the kitchen design side of the business mostly to get out of the dust and fumes in the shop and went to work at a kitchen distributor. On September 01, 1990 I reopened Wood Cove Kitchens after my cousin retired. A few years later I changed the name to Top Drawer Kitchens. Next month I'll celebrate '35’ years of having my own business. In '1996' I became a 'Certified Kitchen Designer' through the National Kitchen and Bath Association. So today I celebrate my '56th' Anniversary in what I would say has been a very enjoyable and rewarding career. I would like to say "THANKS" to everyone that has made this possible, from the people that I've had the pleasure of working with, to the many, many customers that I've enjoyed working with through the years and most importantly the many friendships that I've made with these folks. So here's to another '56'years, once again...."THANKS".
