Here's a general overview of how the staging process typically works:
⠀
✨ Initial Consultation: The process begins with an initial consultation between the homeowner or real estate agent and the staging company. During this meeting, we assess the property, take measurements, and discusses the client's goals, budget, and timeline.
⠀
✨ Customized Staging Plan: Based on the consultation, we develop a customized staging plan. This plan outlines which rooms will be staged, what furniture and decor will be used, and the overall design concept.
⠀
✨ Feedback and Contract: Design concept is presented to the seller or their agent, the design can be tweaked based on feedback, and once everyone is on the same page, a contract is signed.
⠀
✨ Furniture Selection: If the property is vacant, we bring in furniture and decor for staging from our inventory. If property is occupied, we can work with owners items and/or bring our own.
⠀
✨ Staging Installation: On the scheduled staging day, we deliver and set up the furniture, decor, and accessories according to the customized plan. In addition to furniture placement, we add finishing touches, such as decorative pillows, artwork, lighting fixtures, and other accessories that enhance the overall aesthetic.
⠀
✨ Photography and Marketing: High-quality photos of the staged rooms are essential for creating appealing marketing materials, including online listings and brochures.
⠀
✨ Open Houses and Showings: The staged property is now ready for open houses and showings.
⠀
✨ De-Staging: Once the property is under contract or sold, we remove all the staged items from the property.
