Throw back this unique railing i built for a client last fall. I utilized white oak branches and pine 4x4s which are all hand carved and rounded to create smooth transitions. Definitely a dirty job debarking those branches! The railing is finished with Rubio Durogrit stain and sealer for a natural look.

Check out this entranceway built-in i made for another REPEAT client. 😁 The solid wood shelf and bench are walnut. The maple drawers utilize Salice push to open soft close under mount slides. These are my goto slides, but there is a 1/16-1/8" margin for error when you drill the back of the slide in. See if any of you can notice why I had to remake one of the drawers again. 😂

Throw back to last summer when I was commissioned to build four 10 foot tables by the very talented 😁 They were all made from solid 2" thick cherry and finished with Milesi 2k urethane. I added pictures showing 2 of the tables i cut up and started all over due to natural wood movement before supporting and sealing. The client created an amazing event space showcasing these table you should check out!

By far the happiest and most animated client I've ever built for! For my son's birthday I made him this custom race track where all the cars jump and crash into each other! I realized i have lots of slow motion races recorded, but not that many pics of him using it 😂 for the record I'm not accepting race track orders! 😁

A client was looking for a walnut couch table, and when going through options for legs, they chose a similar design as my own. The walnut top was finished with Rubio Monocoat pure, and the cherry legs were sprayed with black Renner 2k urethane. The legs had to be sized down to the narrower top. Check out how close the steel mounting plates are routered/chiseled into the live edge top!

Dual post today! Please comment, which is your favorite! First up, a couch table I made for my wife, which allows the couch to decline without having to move the table back. The top is built with white oak and finished with Rubio monocoat cotton. The legs are ash and sprayed with Renner 2k urethane.

Check out this unique island I built for a client who used to be my boss in another life! 🤣 As most projects go, they start with an idea, and changes are made along the way. The client realized the 6'x6' walnut butcher top was too big for the space after it was fully installed. We ended up cutting off the overhang, moving the base, and refinishing the top and painted base plate. The base is built with stock cabinets that i painted using a custom Renner 2k color. I custom matched the smaller faux doors to complete the look. Happy client, happy life 😁

It is only fitting the client who waited more than a year gets the first post! Check out this awesome walnut river table and built-in bench seating. The tabletop and bench tops are finished with Rubio Monocoat. The table base has hand-made cherry legs finished with Renner 2k matte black. Complex Hafele hinges allow each bench top to fully open for storage. I can't wait to share more builds, which were completed this past year

You have to check out the upgraded patio at !! I recently installed a huge ivy privacy wall, and it has transformed the space into an inviting spot for food and drinks! It is especially cool at night after we installed hanging lights and more outdoor audio. Come sit at the custom concrete bar I installed last summer!

Throw back to a rebuild I completed in 2023. This was a hard hit to my ego, which is why it took me a bit to post it. (The last two pictures are the original bench, and after I took out some frustration on it 😂) I personally feel the second base looks better and would have built it this way originally, but I was trying to stay within a limited budget. I didn't realize there was an issue with strength until the bench was completed, so I advised the client of what I feared would happen. Once I received the call that a leg was broken, I dropped everything and picked up the bench from the client. I spent the next week completely rebuilding the base from scratch while fixing all the structural issues. Obviously, at no cost to my customer. I felt horrible about this and was just happy nobody was injured. I usually always over engineer my builds, but this mid century modern design was tough, considering it is minimalistic. I really wasn't going to post this, but I feel that my clients should know that custom designing and building furniture has some trial and error to it. I want my customers to know that if there is ever an issue, I will do everything in my power to fix that issue as fast as possible. Thank you to all my clients for your trust in me and for allowing me to build one-off custom builds that WILL last a lifetime, if not more.
