We are absolutely thrilled to be working with the US for service here in Pisgah national Forest on the Davidson River campground expansion. WheelHouse is providing and installing all of the wood products for the project, including some of the first application of mass timber panels ever used in our region by the forest service. The mass timber panels are NLT panels, which make up the structural roof deck for 10 new bathhouses. In our shop, we have pre-fabricated all of the very complicated wood and steel trusses along with the NLT panels. We are also fabricating modular finished wall panels from custom thermally modified wood. It’s been a real pleasure working with the forest service in our local national forest. Check it out next time you lap north slope!

This house in Conestee falls really came together nicely. It checks a lot of boxes for what folks are looking for in a home here in Brevard. It is affordable, Green built, ultra energy efficient and equally as aesthetically pleasing. What a great place to wake up to and enjoy the view with your coffee on the screen porch or next to the fire.
