I’ve been asked to copy and paste for awareness.
So, after the completion of the CT scan, we were immediately told to meet the doctor at her office. That’s when we received the diagnosis. The doctor already scheduled a visit to the Oncologist and the Oncologist had already scheduled an appointment for the Biopsy. During the car ride to the Biopsy appointment, you were silent. I looked over and asked, “What are you thinking? You’ve been really quiet. Are you able to share with me, because we’re in this together?” Then you said, “I‘ve had a great life. I have a beautiful family whom I love and I know loves me. Whatever GOD says is ok with me. It’s in his hands.”
I decided to post this message in support of a very special person to me who fought firmly and with good energy. Taught me to live every day as the best day! Now I'm looking at those who will have time to read this post until the end. Cancer is very invasive and destructive to our bodies. It's sometimes a very long process, sometimes not so long.
Please, in honor of someone who died from cancer or is fighting cancer, or even had cancer but healed; copy and paste.
Everyone says, "if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask, I'll be there for you." You just have to copy (not share). I want to know who I can count on. As soon as you do, write "done" in the comments ... Done
In honor of all who are fighting, or are done fighting..

Solid Walnut and solid Maple end table or nightstand. 26” tall, 24” wide, 23” deep. $200. I can make a second one if you want a matching set. Tongue and groove top, hand cut half-blind dovetail drawer, and mortise and tenon legs reinforced with maple dowels. It’s hard to see in the picture, but there is an eagle with an American flag engraved on the top. I placed it towards the front so photos of a service member can be placed in the back. Something I’ve been working on lately. It will have a walnut and maple drawer with hand-cut dovetails. If anyone’s interested, I’ll have it done in a week or two for $200, and that’s about what I’ll have in it, including the drawer guides. This isn’t IKEA furniture it’s solid wood and assembled with mortise and tenons and built to last. I can add some additional engraving if you wish.
Had to put a different top on it so I took that opportunity to do a little editing.

This is my second post This is Red Elm charcuterie, board with Purple Heart bow tie and an epoxy table top finish. The reason I chose this board at the mill was because it had a split in the wood. Normally, that is a defect, but for a charcuterie board, I like to put butterflies in to add some character. The butterfly isn’t just for looks it keeps the board from splitting any further, but a lot of people like me like the look of it, some people don’t. You will never have to put any oil or wax on it just clean as you would your table top.  The bottom side of the charcuterie board does have some blemishes in the finish, but it is well protected and me being me can’t help hut point it out. This is the last hand made charcuterie board I have available at this time.

Some of you may know my Granddaughter Scarlett was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) the most aggressive form of leukemia. If you want you can follow her journey on Facebook at Scarlett Strong. I will be posting a few charcuterie boards here, and on a few other walls to raise money for her battle this is the first one. I don’t do glamour shots. This is the best I do. I did some engraving. It has a wine bottle and grapes and it’s engraved with “Good Food Good Friends.”
It’s $90 and 100% will go to Scarlett Strong.
