I had a very positive experience with Wall Beds and More Ahwatukee. The selection process and preparation for installation were handled professionally, and the Ahwatukee showroom provides good examples of the different options available.
Kelly is very knowledgeable and offers thoughtful, mature advice and recommendations without making the process feel pressured. She was helpful in working through the choices and making sure the final selection fit what I was looking for.
The paperwork is clearly written with plenty of legal input and can be a little intimidating, although that is probably more a reflection of the society we live in than of the company itself.
The installation was also impressive. The team consisted of a very experienced installer who was training a younger colleague. Both were confident, professional, and careful with the wall bed as well as the surrounding walls, flooring, and structures. It was reassuring to see an experienced craftsman taking the time to pass along his knowledge while still maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Overall, Wall Beds and More Ahwatukee provided knowledgeable sales assistance, a useful showroom, professional preparation, and a careful, experienced installation. I would recommend them to anyone considering a wall bed or space-saving furniture.
