There’s something about fall in Northern Michigan that makes us appreciate home just a little more.
The changing colors, the slower mornings, and those views that never seem to get old.

A little extra room for guests, with plenty of personality.
This charming guest space has such a fun mix of textures, soft blues and greens, warm wood tones, and playful wallpaper that feels right at home in Northern Michigan.
We love how the different patterns and furnishings come together to create a space that feels cozy, welcoming, and full of character.
And honestly, we'd be pretty happy staying here ourselves!

We're all for clean lines and thoughtful design, but that doesn't mean a home has to be stripped of personality.
Give us the bold wallpaper, unexpected colors, collected pieces, meaningful artwork, and a little mixing of old and new.
We love a home that tells a story, reflects the people who live there, and isn't afraid to have a little character.
Because good design doesn't have to play by one set of rules.

Not finished yet, but already hard to walk away from.

A little progress peek at a project that’s coming together piece by piece. The checked chairs found their spot by the window, the leather sofa warmed everything up, and the blue-and-white accents tied it all together.

It’s always a good day when a design starts to feel like home.

Picture this: the sun’s going down, the fire pit is lit, and someone just popped the ch*****ne. 🥂

That’s what this kitchen and dining remodel was designed for. Our designer, Kristyn Anderson made the whole space bright and open so the party can spill from the island straight out to the Adirondack chairs on the lake.

A chunky knit throw with a tassel big enough to notice. Sherpa and rust corduroy on the same chair. Glass candlesticks catching the light from a river stone fireplace. A woven basket tucked under a walnut console.
None of it is a big change. It’s just the stuff you want to reach out and touch once the air turns cool.
